End User License Agreement

By installing, launching or using the HwidChanger application and the related services of the hwidchange.com website (together, the “Software”), the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept it in full.

If the User does not agree with the terms, they must not use the Software. Before changing hardware identifiers, the application requires explicit confirmation that this Agreement has been accepted.

The Software is intended for managing the hardware identifiers of the User's own device for the purposes of confidentiality and privacy — in particular, to reduce the ability to track the device and to protect the User's personal data. The Software is provided as a general-purpose technical tool.

The Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software on devices owned by the User or under the User's lawful control.

Decompilation, modification, resale and distribution of the Software without the Licensor's written permission are prohibited, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

The User undertakes to use the Software solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

The User is solely responsible for complying with the terms of use, rules and user agreements of any third-party services, programs and platforms. Using the Software to circumvent restrictions of third-party services, to violate their rules, the rights of third parties, or to commit unlawful acts is prohibited and is carried out at the User's own risk and responsibility.

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation and absence of errors. The Licensor does not warrant that use of the Software will produce any result expected by the User.

The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of using the Software, including: failures, instability or inoperability of the operating system, drivers, Windows licensing or activation, application software and hardware caused by changing hardware identifiers (HWID); loss of data; bans, sanctions or other measures applied by third-party services; as well as any use of the Software by the User for purposes other than those specified in Section 2.

All responsibility for the choice, manner and consequences of using the Software rests with the User.

The User is warned that an HWID change may be irreversible without first saving the original state. The User is responsible for backing up important data on their own. The Licensor does not guarantee full restoration of the device's previous state.

Paid features of the Software (including HWID changes and subscriptions) are paid for according to the prices published on the website. In the absence of a separate refund policy, paid services are non-refundable, except as required by law.

The Licensor may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Software in the event of a breach of this Agreement. The license terminates automatically upon breach of its terms.

The Licensor may amend this Agreement. The current revision is published on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new revision.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the manner provided by applicable law.
