Privacy Policy

Website. When you download the application a unique link is generated, and a technical record is stored in the database: a browser fingerprint (a hash of browser characteristics), IP address, country by IP, the User-Agent string and the time the link was generated.

HwidChanger application. For licensing purposes we process: a stable hardware identifier of the device (as a hash), the public UID, operating-system information and the history of identifier changes.

Payments. Payments are processed via Stripe and Telegram Stars and are bound to the device UID. We neither receive nor store card details.

Data is used to provide and license the software, to credit and enforce the change balance, to prevent abuse and fraud, to provide technical support, and for aggregate statistics (including download statistics).

The browser fingerprint and IP recorded at download time are stored to protect against automated abuse and to measure how the application is distributed. A unique download link is valid for a limited time.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers required to operate the project: the hosting provider, payment systems (Stripe, Telegram) and Telegram when you contact support. Data may be disclosed in response to a lawful request from authorized authorities.

Data is stored on the project server for as long as necessary for the purposes in Section 2, or until a deletion request. Technical download records are retained in an aggregated form for marketing purposes.

You may request information about the data collected about you, its correction or deletion. Send your request via the Telegram bot @HwidChangerBot. Deleting data required for licensing may make paid features unusable.

The website uses only technically necessary mechanisms (for example, the language preference). No third-party advertising trackers are used.

We may amend this Policy. The current revision is always published on this page. Continued use of the website and the application constitutes acceptance of the current revision.
